COVID-19
To ensure the safety of both staff and clients, all safety protocols are observed during appointments. Staff uses masks, social distancing, regular cleaning and sanitise regularly.
Deposits and Refunds
Appointment deposits are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your treatment mid-process, we will issue a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with your hairstyle up to a week after visiting us, we will redo the style for no additional cost.
Staff Safety
We have a zero-tolerance policy for staff abuse. Any mistreatment of our staff will result in being immediately asked to leave the salon and no refund will be issued.
